Bulk Document Signing

Bulk Sign offers a way to send the same document to many people for signature. Each document is signed separately by each signer. You can upload a CSV file with the list of your recipients, and correspondings fields in the template will be replaced with values in the CSV file.

How does Bulk Sign work?

  • To use Bulk Sign, go to the eSignature tab and click the "Bulk Sign" button. From there, you can initiate a Bulk Sign transaction.
  • Select a template or create a new template. Only one signer is allowed.
  • Add fields to the document. Text and checkbox fields can be populated with the values from the CSV file. Click text or checkbox, and choose a name for it, which will be used in the next step.
  • Create a CSV file with the contact information of everyone who needs to receive a copy of the document, and upload it. The "name" and "email" fields are required in CSV file, and optional fields from the previous step.

    Example:

    Afer clicking "Send Now" button, the document will be sent to [email protected] and [email protected]. Document received by them are different, with each fields (field_title, field_company and field_checkbox) being replaced with different values sepcified in the CSV file.
